It has come to our attention that USPS dropped the ball on 52, Yes, 52 packages shipped around Jan 10 and delayed on Jan 14 at the Evansville, Indiana postal hub. There was a winter storm at the time, but they have had plenty of time to get stuff moving and packages shipped afterwards have been delivered. Now MLK day will delay further, however, search/claim requests have been submitted. Hopefully they'll get their act together and remember to do their jobs, but calling yourselves and complaining may help stop this BS..........Remember, we have ZERO, NADA, No control over shipping after dropped off. We did our job right, DON'T blame use, we are pissed off about it too!
Sig Sauer - Red Dot Cutout Service (No Refinish)

Sig Sauer - Red Dot Cutout Service (No Refinish)

SAS Tactical Customs

Regular price $95.00 Sale

This is for the "slide melt" style red dot cutout with no slide refinish on Sig Sauer Pistols.

Cover Plates are available by clicking HERE.

Some models have internal cavities along the firing pin that prevent red dot mounting. Please verify whether yours does or not before ordering. See pictures for examples.

Slide internals should be left installed on all models since some parts may require modification.

*Old stamped steel slides with removable firing block CANNOT be cut for optics.

Although most pistols can be milled to accept a red dot, if you have an odd model or are aware that there may be issues then just contact us prior to get confirmation that you do not require special services. By default the rear dovetail will be retained if possible, however, many slides are not large enough and require that the rear dovetail either be removed or relocated. Relocating a dovetail is a separate service available for $50.00

If you need help choosing a red dot or need to know measurements then just contact us.

Generally any model red dot can be used. Templates are maintained for most of the common manufacturers, but it is still a good idea to include your red dot for installation as each slide is fitted to the optic.
