Sig factory optic cut (see pics) allows mounting of an RMSc footprint style optic only. These adapters allow mounting an RMR/Holosun-C optic with no modification to your slide. See pics for reference to verify your slide is compatible.

You are only purchasing the adapter plate with mounting screws. No optic, slide, pistol, etc is included.
